Unlock Touch ID on your macOS device

If you have multiple failed attempts during authentication, Touch ID on your device can become locked. If this occurs, use the Okta Verify prompt to unlock your Touch ID.

  1. In the Okta Verify prompt to unlock Touch ID, enter your device password.

    2. The screenshot shows the Okta Verify settings that are available on macOS devices.

  2. Authenticate with Touch ID.
