Re-enroll an Okta Verify account on Windows devices

You can re-enroll your Okta Verify account if your admin has reset your Okta Verify authenticator.

Note for administrators: Okta Verify for Windows is only available on Okta Identity Engine.

Okta Verify features are available based on configurations made by your organization.

  1. On the Account details screen, click Re-enroll.
  2. The screenshot shows the Account Details screen error message and Re-enroll button.

    If you don't have the option to re-enroll, contact your help desk for additional support.
