Generate a device report

To increase data protection, Android 6.0.x and later exclude programmatic access to the device's local hardware identifier for apps that use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth APIs.

The device report provides comprehensive per-device information; such as, device status, serial number, platform, device capacity (MB), available device capacity, and more.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to OMMOkta Mobility Management.
  2. Click Download CSV.

    3. A CSV file is generated and saved. For example:
